Job Description

Join IBM’s Cloud Platform Services team as a Level 2 Support Engineer, helping enterprise customers resolve complex technical issues across cloud-native infrastructure, Linux systems, and IBM solutions.

You’ll work on mission-critical support, incident resolution, system performance tuning, and deliver enterprise-grade technical support for large-scale environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for IBM cloud and software products
• Troubleshoot system issues on Unix/Linux/Windows environments
• Diagnose and resolve product bugs and operational issues
• Communicate resolutions and action plans to clients and IBM field teams
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and account teams
• Handle critical support cases independently, including hotlines and urgent escalations
• Document resolutions and contribute to knowledge base and tools
• Recommend improvements to support tools, procedures, and processes
