Job Role: Hardware Engineer Intern
Qualification: Master's / Doctorate degree in VLSI Design, Electronics, Computer Science Engineering, or relevant specializations in Hardware
Experience: Freshers
Job Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
- Logic Design, Analog Circuits, Physical Design, Verification, Pre & Post Silicon Validation, Custom Layout, Memory, EDA, Library Characterization, E2E ASIC & SOC Design
- Work on the latest generation processors for IBM Z Systems (Mainframe) & IBM Power Systems
- Design, Verification, and Validation of Processor chips in 5nm, 3nm & beyond technologies
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Digital Logic Design, Computer Architecture, RISC-V or other processor pipeline concepts, and VLSI design flow
- Understanding of Custom Circuits, Analog & Digital Logic Design, and Memory Technologies
- Good programming and scripting skills (Python/Perl) for Processor Verification and Validation
