Job Overview

IBM Consulting is hiring Associate System Engineers to collaborate with global clients and enhance their hybrid cloud and AI journey. As a Software Developer, you will contribute to various stages of the software development lifecycle, ensuring high-performing and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve existing systems with guidance from architects and technical leads.
• Engage in the full development lifecycle, from design to troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and automation.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: BE/BTech/ME/MTech/Dual Degree/MSc/MCA in CS/IT or related circuit branches.
• Year of Passing: 2024 only.
• Academic Requirement: Minimum 6.0 CGPA / 60% (All subjects considered, including electives).

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Java, C++, Python, Node.js.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Problem-solving skills and ability to debug efficiently.
• Good analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of cloud computing and AI technologies.
• Experience in collaborative development and Agile methodologies.
