Job Description:

• Responsible for installation, maintenance, and monitoring of end-user equipment, peripherals, printers, and local site hardware.
• Assist with asset management, hardware/software issues, and vendor follow-up support.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software errors and provide end-user support.
• Manage ServiceNow tickets for global support requests and assist with user administration tasks.
• Ensure the operational functionality of IT-server rooms, meeting rooms, and network printers.

• Windows Operating Systems, Office 365, system network concepts, troubleshooting.
• Desktop, Laptop & Think Client Imaging.
• Citrix VDI related issues and mobile device configuration (iPhone Intune).
