Key Responsibilities

Site Support Tasks

• Assist with new employee equipment delivery and workstation setup
• Support asset management and resolve hardware/software issues
• Coordinate with vendors for network cabling, printers, and procurement
• Ensure server rooms, meeting rooms, and network devices remain operational
• Provide end-user technical support and debug system issues

Ticket Management Tasks

• Manage global ServiceNow ticket queues for IT support requests
• Assist vendor inquiries across multiple office locations including Chennai, Pune, and Hyderabad
• Troubleshoot desktop hardware, software errors, and Citrix VDI issues
• Support mobility configurations such as iPhone Intune setup
• Perform user administration tasks like password resets and Active Directory updates

• Degree or diploma in Software Engineering, Computer Science, BCA, or MCA
