Job Description:

Join Computershare Corporate Trust, a global financial administration leader, and gain hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and technology support. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and monitoring end-user equipment, peripherals, printers, and local site hardware.

Job Responsibilities:

Site Support Tasks

• Assist in new joiner equipment setup and workstation configuration
• Help with asset management, hardware/software issues
• Support vendor coordination for network cabling, printer issues, asset procurement, etc.
• Ensure IT-server rooms, meeting rooms, and network printers function properly
• Provide end-user support and help debug issues

Ticket Management Tasks

• Manage global ServiceNow tickets for employee technology support
• Assist with vendor inquiries for Chennai, Pune, and Hyderabad offices
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and Citrix VDI-related issues
• Support Active Directory user administration (account updates, password changes)

Required Skills:

• Degree/Diploma in Software Engineering (Computer Science, BCA, MCA preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Core knowledge of:
  • Windows OS & Office 365
  • Networking concepts & troubleshooting
  • Desktop, Laptop, & Thin Client Imaging
