Role Overview:
As an Associate Customer Support Engineer, you will play a key role in providing technical support, troubleshooting Enphase products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will handle hardware, software, and installation-related queries while working in a 24x7 support model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound emails, chats, and phone calls from customers.
• Conduct remote troubleshooting of Enphase products.
• Approve and execute warranty claims.
• Assist customers with product activation and pre-sales inquiries.
• Document support activities in CRM/help desk platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to track and resolve field issues.
• Adhere to company policies and support procedures.
• Work in night shifts (9:00 PM & 11:00 PM) and on weekends as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• B.E/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Freshers / New Graduates (2024/2025 batch) with:
  • 60%+ in 10th & 12th
  • 70%+ in graduation (mandatory to share scores with the resume)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to build customer relationships.
• PC proficiency (Mac OS experience is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of electrical concepts, AC & DC circuits.
• Exposure to solar/PV technology is desirable.
