About the Role
We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our cloud team and ensure the highest quality for our software products. You will work with product managers, business owners, and developers to improve software quality through rigorous testing, automation, and debugging.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive quality assurance for cloud systems.
- Design and review high-quality test cases.
- Automate tests for web services, databases, and UI.
- Define, execute, and analyze non-functional tests.
- Debug issues and collaborate with developers for improvements.
- Track and report quality metrics to management.
- Implement continuous testing within agile development cycles.
- Set up pipelines for scheduled and on-demand test automation.
Required Qualifications
- Education: BE/BTech in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical & Electronics, or Electronics & Communication.
- From top 100 NIRF-ranked colleges.
- Experience: 0 - 2 years in software development/testing.
- Knowledge of testing high-scale, distributed applications.
- Strong programming and debugging skills.
- Understanding of cloud, databases, and performance tradeoffs.
- Experience in negative testing, impact analysis, and risk-based testing.
- Agile mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Software testing experience in cloud/digital applications.
- Knowledge of data analytics and machine learning.
