Role Overview

As a Customer Support Engineer, you’ll be on the frontlines ensuring top-notch customer experiences. You'll handle technical issues involving Enphase products via email, chat, and phone—working closely with engineering teams to improve the product experience.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to inbound support tickets (Email/Chat/Phone)
• Perform remote troubleshooting of solar products
• Handle warranty claims and assist in product activation
• Maintain accurate logs in CRM/helpdesk tools
• Collaborate with engineering on bug tracking and fixes
• Participate in continuous learning and training
• Work in rotational shifts including night/weekend hours

Requirements

• Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics (Freshers only)
• Eligibility:
  • 60%+ in 10th & 12th
  • 70%+ in graduation (Scores mandatory with resume)
• Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
• Basic understanding of AC/DC circuits & electrical systems
• Familiarity with solar/PV systems is a plus
• PC skills required; Mac OS experience desirable
• Willing to work in night shifts (9 PM / 11 PM) and on weekends
