Job Description:

Epicor is hiring a DevOps Engineer to assist in design, implementation, build, deployment, and configuration management for its products. The role involves CI/CD pipeline management, monitoring, troubleshooting, and automation to enhance software delivery and infrastructure reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Manage code deployments across all environments.
✔ Monitor metrics and troubleshoot issues.
✔ Maintain CI/CD pipelines with the team.
✔ Implement configuration standards for consistency.
✔ Document processes and improve existing ones.
✔ Optimize infrastructure & application development for efficiency.
✔ Follow DevOps best practices and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Skills & Qualifications:

✅ 3+ years of DevOps experience.
✅ Shell scripting & automation skills.
✅ Strong debugging & problem-solving skills.
✅ Hands-on experience with Observability tools (Grafana, Datadog, NewRelic).
✅ Azure DevOps expertise preferred.
✅ Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
