Job Description:

Epicor is looking for a DevOps Analyst to develop and manage CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and monitoring systems to support high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ CI/CD Pipelines: Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions.
✔ Infrastructure Management: AWS (EC2, RDS, EKS, S3, VPC, Lambda), Terraform.
✔ Containerization: Docker, Docker-Compose for local development.
✔ Helm Charts: Creating, managing, and deploying Helm charts.
✔ Monitoring & Observability: Grafana, DataDog, Cloudwatch.
✔ Documentation: Writing strong technical documentation.
✔ Security & Compliance: Managing secrets with Vault/Secret Manager.

Skills & Qualifications:

✅ 2+ years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.
✅ Expertise in Kubernetes (AWS, Azure, EKS) and microservices.
✅ Strong knowledge of Git, Helm, NodeJS, Python/Groovy, curl, jq, API, Jenkins, Vault.
✅ Experience with PostgreSQL, SQL Server for basic DBA tasks.
✅ Strong proficiency in Linux (5+ years experience) & shell scripting (Bash).
✅ Experience in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) with large environments.
✅ Understanding of security best practices and certifications.

Preferred Skills:

✔ Experience designing custom monitoring solutions.
✔ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in unfamiliar tech areas.
✔ Generalist mindset with willingness to learn and adapt.
