Job Description

Epicor is hiring Associate ServiceNow Developers for its hybrid team in Bangalore. This is a high-impact engineering role where you will build, maintain, and enhance ServiceNow applications that empower global enterprises.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs, while gaining exposure to enterprise ITSM/CSM modules, custom app development, and API integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom ServiceNow applications
• Integrate ServiceNow with external platforms and services
• Conduct system performance analysis and apply corrective actions
• Review code to ensure it meets industry standards and internal guidelines
• Implement ACLs, roles, groups, and authentication mechanisms
• Manage user access and deploy platform upgrades
• Ensure seamless migration and version compatibility

Required Skills and Experience

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
• Proficient in JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow APIs
• Experience with ServiceNow modules like ITSM, CSM, etc.
• Familiarity with Service Portal, Flow Designer, Studio IDE, and Update Sets
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and data modeling
• Experience in building custom apps and third-party integrations
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
