Job Description
IBM is looking for Associate System Engineers to join their team. This entry-level role focuses on software development, testing, and implementation, enabling clients' hybrid-cloud and AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze & Improve Solutions: Validate and enhance existing software failures.
- Software Development Lifecycle: Engage in design, development, testing, and release processes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work with clients to analyze the system landscape and develop creative solutions.
Skills Required
- Programming Languages: Java, Python, C++, Node.js
- Software Development Concepts: Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies
- Problem-Solving & Debugging: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Communication Skills: Good verbal and written proficiency
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation Year: 2024 batch only
- Degree: BE/BTech/ME/MTech/Dual Degree/MSc/MCA (CS, IT, or related fields)
- Minimum CGPA: 6.0 or 60% aggregate across all subjects
