Job Description:

• Manage Power Electronics and RF Coil manufacturing lines.
• Resolve quality issues and ensure equipment calibration as per schedule.
• Review and maintain calibration, validation, and verification reports.
• Support equipment installation, maintenance, and procurement.
• Manage non-conforming materials and work with supplier quality teams.
• Prepare work instructions, maintain revision history, and train manufacturing teams.
• Implement process improvements, Kaizen, and Lean Action Workouts.

Required Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication (oral & written).
• Ability to manage quality and production processes.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing and logistics operations.
