• Support monitoring and improving productivity while ensuring customer commitments are met on time, with quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop training plans to maximize workforce capability.
• Support Compliance and Environmental, Health & Safety goals.
• Drive LEAN manufacturing implementation.

Quality Specific Goals:

• Comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, and Quality Goals.
• Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training on time.
• Identify and address quality or compliance concerns.
• Maintain full compliance with Quality System Regulations, Current Good Manufacturing Practices, and other legal requirements.
