Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for a software production environment
• Install, maintain, and support application software and components
• Detect, diagnose, and report issues related to application failures
• Resolve incidents and problems related to software components
• Assist programming staff in software performance optimization
• Maintain detailed documentation on application support

Requirements:

• 6 to 10 years of experience in automation with Shell Scripting
• Experience as Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)
• Strong scripting experience in Bash, Python, or Perl
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana
• Experience with logging systems such as ELK stack
• Experience with automation tools like Ansible and IBM MQ (a plus)
• Ability to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
