Job Description

Job Role: Associate Support Engineer
Location: India
Experience: Freshers / Entry-Level
Responsibilities:
- Triage and troubleshoot customer issues via email, phone, and web
- Provide technical support for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with the Product Support team to resolve cases
- Maintain CRM systems and acknowledge support cases
- Follow standard operational procedures for case management
- Contribute to infrastructure administration and product improvement
- Continuously enhance troubleshooting skills and product expertise
Skills Required:
- Associate degree in a technology-related field or relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of COM, VB, Jscript, Java, Perl, or C# (preferred)
- Familiarity with EDI, HIPAA, and EDI systems (a plus)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
