Overview

Edifecs is seeking an Associate Support Engineer to triage incoming cases and assist enterprise clients in troubleshooting technical issues. This role involves direct interaction with customers, sales teams, and product development teams, making strong analytical and customer service skills essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and triage incoming support cases via email, phone, and web.
• Provide technical support on product-related operational and troubleshooting issues.
• Collaborate with other Product Support team members.
• Maintain CRM system updates and provisioning activities.
• Follow standard case management procedures.
• Contribute to the administration of infrastructural systems.
• Continuously improve troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge.
• Meet quality and productivity performance goals.

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience in technical support.
• Strong initiative and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Knowledge in one or more of the following is a plus: COM, VB, Jscript, Java, Perl, C#.
• Familiarity with EDI systems or HIPAA is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
