Job Role: Associate Support Engineer

Qualification:

• Associate’s degree in a technology-related program or equivalent experience in a technical support role
• Strong knowledge in one or more of the following is a plus: COM, VB, Jscript, Java, Perl, C#
• Familiarity with EDI and EDI systems or knowledge of HIPAA is an added advantage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Experience: Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive and triage incoming support cases via email, phone, and web
• Provide technical support to enterprise clients regarding technical and operational aspects of Edifecs products
• Troubleshoot issues, update CRM systems, acknowledge support cases, and handle provisioning activities
• Collaborate with other Product Support team members to resolve issues
• Ensure a consistent, responsive, and satisfying customer experience on each contact
• Follow standard operational procedures for case management
• Contribute to the administration of infrastructural systems
• Continuously improve troubleshooting skills, product expertise, and knowledge on related technical topics
• Meet all quality and productivity performance goals

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities effectively
• Good interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach
• Initiative and willingness to learn new technologies
