Role Details

Position: Cloud DevOps Engineer Intern
Work Mode: Remote
Employment Type: Internship

Stipend Structure

Full-Time: ₹10,000 per month (8+ hours per day)
Part-Time: ₹5,000 per month (4+ hours per day)

This internship provides hands-on exposure to cloud infrastructure management, DevOps automation, container orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud security practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize Docker container images for scalable application and data processing environments
• Develop and manage Kubernetes clusters and Helm charts for container orchestration and microservices deployment
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible to automate infrastructure provisioning
• Design, configure, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate application build, testing, and deployment processes
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure infrastructure reliability and performance
• Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Strengthen cloud security practices by managing IAM roles, access control, and secure cloud architecture
• Maintain detailed technical documentation for infrastructure setup, deployment processes, and automation workflows
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues, deployment failures, networking problems, and system performance bottlenecks
• Assist in improving cloud scalability, high availability, and disaster recovery strategies

Technical Skills Required

Cloud Platforms

• Basic knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Understanding of cloud services such as EC2, S3, VPC, Azure Resource Groups, Blob Storage, and Virtual Networks
• Familiarity with cloud networking, storage, and compute services

Containerization & Orchestration

• Understanding of Docker containerization
• Knowledge of Kubernetes cluster architecture
• Familiarity with Helm charts for Kubernetes deployments

Infrastructure Automation

• Experience or knowledge of Terraform Infrastructure as Code
• Familiarity with Ansible configuration management
• Understanding of automated infrastructure provisioning and configuration

CI/CD & DevOps Tools

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation
• Familiarity with tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD
• Understanding of DevOps lifecycle and automated deployment workflows

Programming & Scripting

• Basic scripting knowledge using Python, Bash, or Shell scripting
• Understanding of Git version control systems

Networking & Security

• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, load balancing, and virtual private networks
• Understanding of cloud security practices, IAM roles, and access control
