Position: Associate DevOps Engineer

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India

About the Role

As an Associate DevOps Engineer, you will provide second and third-level operational support for day-to-day IT operations.
You will investigate and resolve incidents that are not resolved by lower support levels, ensuring the smooth operation of DHL Group IT services.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, collaborating with IT teams and specialists.
• Engage with vendors to address firmware bugs, vulnerabilities, and other IT issues.
• Serve as the expert for telecommunication and security systems within DHL Group.
• Manage and implement changes to production security devices across IT Services Data Centers and premises.
• Provide support for security technologies including Firewalls, Load Balancers, VPNs, Proxies, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Operate in Openshift Linux environments, execute Unix commands, and handle SQL queries.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT support, preferably in a senior or specialist role.
• Strong knowledge of telecommunication and security systems.
• Familiarity with security technologies (Firewalls, Load Balancers, VPNs, Proxies, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and teamwork abilities.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders.
