About the Role

We are looking for a skilled SAP FI/CO DevOps Engineer to join our Global SAP Support Team. In this role, you will provide functional support for the SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. Your primary focus will be on resolving issues, providing expert advice, and ensuring optimal system performance for users across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

• Incident Management & Support: Address incidents, system issues, and user queries related to the SAP FI/CO modules, ensuring timely and efficient resolution while meeting SLAs.
• Configuration & System Monitoring: Assist in the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of SAP FI/CO modules and monitor system performance for smooth financial operations.
• Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot complex SAP FI/CO issues, including integration with other SAP modules like MM, SD, and PS.
• User Training & Guidance: Provide training and support to end-users on SAP FI/CO functionality and best practices. Develop user documentation and knowledge-sharing materials.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of SAP FI/CO business processes and integration technologies (e.g., ALE, WS).
• Hands-on experience with S4HANA and FIORI is a huge plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks under time and workload pressure.
• Advanced spoken and written English for effective cross-region collaboration.
