Role Overview The Azure / AWS DevOps Engineer – Analyst (Fresher) role is designed for early-career professionals who want to build strong fundamentals in cloud computing and DevOps practices. You will support cloud and DevOps teams in daily operations while learning enterprise-grade tools, processes, and best practices under close mentorship.

This role focuses on hands-on learning, documentation, monitoring, and basic cloud support tasks, gradually preparing you for advanced cloud engineering responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in basic setup, configuration, and monitoring of Azure and AWS cloud resources
• Support user access management activities such as creating, modifying, and deleting cloud users
• Observe and document troubleshooting activities related to simple cloud issues (VM failures, quota limits, alerts)
• Participate in cloud deployment processes and DevOps team meetings
• Maintain and update technical documentation, runbooks, FAQs, and installation guides
• Perform daily health checks on cloud services using dashboards and alerts
• Learn and practice DevOps fundamentals, including CI/CD pipelines and version control
• Execute sample automation scripts under guidance
• Attend structured training programs and mentoring sessions
• Report issues and anomalies to senior engineers in a timely manner

Required Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of cloud computing fundamentals (servers, storage, networking)
• Interest in learning Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Awareness of DevOps concepts and CI/CD workflows
• Ability to work with cloud portals and dashboards
• Good understanding of IT operations and standard operating procedures
• Knowledge of security policies, access controls, and authorization concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
• Willingness to learn, follow checklists, and ask questions

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
  • Computer Science
  • Information Technology
  • Engineering
  • Or a related technical field
