Position Summary

Join Deloitte as a Senior Analyst - System Reliability Engineer (SRE) to improve system reliability and performance through automation, continuous monitoring, and proactive issue resolution. Collaborate closely with development teams to implement best practices for seamless software delivery, high availability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain system monitoring tools ensuring health and performance.
• Tune systems and applications for optimal resource utilization and performance.
• Develop scripts and automation tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Analyze system usage trends and forecast capacity needs.
• Manage deployment processes and software rollouts.
• Implement and maintain security measures protecting systems and data.
• Create and update documentation for systems, processes, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with development teams to enhance application reliability.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements to systems and processes.

Key Accountabilities

• Ensure high system availability and minimal service disruptions.
• Meet SLAs for incident response times.
• Achieve rapid mean time to recovery (MTTR) during incidents.
• Increase automation effectiveness to reduce manual effort.
• Improve system performance metrics such as response time and utilization.
• Maintain scalability to handle growing workloads.
• Maintain strong security posture with no significant breaches.
• Provide comprehensive, up-to-date documentation.
• Foster positive collaboration with stakeholders and teams.
• Embrace continuous learning and adopt new technologies.

Shift Timings

06:30 AM to 03:30 PM

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience as an SRE, preferably with a focus on Generative AI.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields preferred.
• Experience in platform/software development and release management within managed service environments.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and techniques, including Infrastructure as Code and Immutable Infrastructure.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub, Azure DevOps (ADO), ArgoCD, and DevSecOps technologies.
• Familiarity with security protocols such as OAuth, SAML, or OpenID Connect.
• Strong communication skills with ability to work with diverse teams.
