Key Responsibilities

Outcome-Driven Accountability:

• Drive high-quality, lean, resilient, and secure DevSecOps pipelines
• Develop solutions that deliver valuable outcomes while ensuring high-quality automation and minimizing operating costs
• Design and maintain code repos, CI/CD pipelines, and environments using IaC

Technical Leadership and Advocacy:

• Serve as the technical advocate for modern DevSecOps practices
• Ensure feasibility, integrity, and alignment with business goals
• Implement deployment techniques like Blue-Green, Canary to minimize downtime and enable A/B testing

Engineering Craftsmanship:

• Lead the implementation of DevSecOps pipelines
• Engage actively with engineers and troubleshoot issues from implementation to production

Customer-Centric Engineering:

• Develop scalable and flexible automation solutions
• Work with customers and product teams to deliver the right practices for automation, security, and deployment

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Integration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, infrastructure, and security

Key Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Python, Bash, PowerShell, JavaScript, C#, and Golang (preferred)
• 5+ years of experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, Git)
• 5+ years of experience with security tools automation (SonarQube, Fortify, Mend)
• 2+ years of experience with cloud-native services like AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Strong understanding of cloud security practices, databases, and networking
• IaC experience using Terraform, Puppet, ARM, AWS CloudFormation, and Google Cloud Deployment Manager
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to drive collaboration and influence outcomes
