Job Description
Deloitte is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support the Talent Advisory function at the client site alongside the HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner). This intern will be responsible for a variety of tasks including program management of onboarding, planning and facilitating training, and conducting assessments.
You will assist in the coordination of multiple functions, ensuring smooth onboarding processes, planning training agendas, and managing training attendance.
Key Responsibilities
- Program manage the onboarding plan from hiring to KT (Knowledge Transfer) start date.
- Handle induction and joining formalities for both Deloitte and HCA.
- Plan the two-week training agenda with the L&D (Learning & Development) team and HCA leadership.
- Facilitate training sessions, monitor attendance, and assess the progress of all trainings.
- Prepare and share detailed reports with Deloitte and HCA Leadership twice a week.
- Conduct and coordinate multiple function-wise Webex trainings with HCA leadership in the US.
Qualifications
- Any stream Graduate or Post Graduate.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and handle multiple tasks.
