AvePoint/M365 - DevOps - Analyst/Sr. Analyst

Position Summary
The candidate will work with the AvePoint product suite to deliver scalable solutions supporting the governance of Microsoft 365 environments. Responsibilities include developing proof-of-concept solutions, building automation (Python/Power Automate), and supporting global IT teams. Collaboration, problem-solving, and scripting skills are essential.
Work You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage AvePoint tools for M365 tenants (SharePoint Online, Teams).
- Build proof-of-concepts showcasing AvePoint capabilities.
- Automate processes using Python and Power Automate.
- Develop reports/dashboards on M365 workspace usage.
- Provide technical support for AvePoint and M365 issues.
- Administer IIS, Web APIs, and WCF services.
- Design solutions with Microsoft Azure (Functions, Key Vaults, etc.).
- Use SQL for data analysis and reporting.
- Write and manage PowerShell scripts for automation.
- Manage user roles and permissions in AvePoint and M365.
- Evaluate new features and conduct pilot implementations.
Qualifications
Essential:
- B.E./B.Tech or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in M365/SharePoint Online administration.
- Proficiency in Python and Azure services (Functions, Storage, Key Vaults).
- Experience with SQL, IIS, WCF, and web APIs.
- Familiarity with Power Automate, Azure DevOps, and SaaS models.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with AvePoint or similar M365 governance tools.
- Exposure to Power Platform (Apps, Automate, BI).
- Microsoft/Azure certifications.
- Agile/SAFe Agile experience.
