Job Title: Associate Analyst- Learning Operations

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India
Shift Timing: 2 PM - 11 PM

Position Summary:

As a Learning Operations Specialist at Deloitte, you will provide end-to-end learning administrative and backend operations support for Deloitte Member Firms across the globe. This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to various industries and contribute to the career growth and professional development of both yourself and others.

Responsibilities:

  • Support administrative tasks, manage systems, and perform data entry.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team leads.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Perform quality checks before submitting tasks to clients.
  • Own and be accountable for assigned tasks and processes.
  • Effectively prioritize time and tasks.
  • Contribute to firm/team initiatives and collaborate on common business goals.
  • Provide learning operations support for planning and delivering training programs.

The Team:

Deloitte's Learning Operations team is collaborative, proactive, and focused on quality service, ensuring client satisfaction and resolving requests promptly.


Qualifications:

Education:

  • Graduate/MBA/Post-Graduate

Experience:

  • 0 to 1.5 years of relevant experience in Learning or Backend Operations

Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of email etiquette.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, including features like sorting, filtering, and removing duplicates.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Strong time management and task prioritization.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of creating PowerPoint presentations.
  • Experience with virtual platforms (Zoom, Saba Meeting/Centra, MS Teams).
  • Experience handling cases/tickets.
  • Ability to interact effectively with internal clients and understand their requirements.
