Job Description:
As a System Administrator Analyst at Deloitte, you’ll be part of the Digital and Analytics (D&A) team, supporting and maintaining HR systems and applications used by Talent stakeholders. Your responsibilities include system configuration, process improvement, user support, documentation, data management, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as point of contact for Learning administration inquiries
• Improve Learning processes and collaborate with IT to enhance tools
• Support testing, report generation, and project coordination
• Act as a techno-functional consultant for end users
• Manage user access, security, and data within HR systems
• Assist in impact analysis, requirements gathering, and change management
• Provide high-quality documentation, system guides, and user manuals
• Engage in release management and ensure SLA adherence
• Communicate effectively with team leads, clients, and users
• Support HR-related queries and configuration of tools
• Participate in regular stakeholder meetings and process reviews
