Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced AI/HPC Support Engineer to maintain, enhance, and support our AI operations. The ideal candidate will ensure reliable system performance, optimize workflows, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate across teams to deliver robust AI solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain AI systems for performance and reliability.
- Streamline data pipelines, model training, and deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot technical issues across software, hardware, and infrastructure.
- Deploy and integrate AI solutions in collaboration with other teams.
- Document processes, monitor system performance, and suggest improvements.
- Ensure seamless integration of AI models into business operations.
- Stay up to date with emerging AI tools, frameworks, and best practices.
- Implement security measures and ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Expert in Python, Java, or C++ with deep ML framework experience (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on with bare metal Kubernetes environments.
- Proficiency with MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow.
- Experience managing distributed AI Data Science tools in Kubernetes.
- Familiar with Nvidia tool stacks (AI Foundry, Generative AI).
- Solid knowledge of big data tools and database systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
