Job Description:
D. E. Shaw Group is hiring Software Developers for its offices in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Gurugram. The role involves designing, developing, and standardizing technologies for firm-wide adoption and supporting trading desk needs throughout a trade's life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute projects while collaborating with business groups.
• Perform R&D to evaluate the right technologies for use.
• Resolve application and data issues in production within timelines.
• Drive complete project life cycles, from requirement analysis to deployment.
• Participate in code and design reviews.
• Provide direction and guidance to junior team members.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong programming experience in C++ / Java / Python.
• Familiarity with React, Redux, RESTful Web Services, Perl, SQL Server.
• Experience in Spring, MyBatis/iBatis/Hibernate, jQuery, JavaScript, deployment architecture is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong reasoning ability, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Inclination or experience in project or people management.
