About the Role
We’re looking for bright and exceptional programmers to join our Software Developer teams in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Gurugram. You’ll work with cutting-edge technologies that power our trading desks, develop firm-wide tools, and solve complex real-world problems.
What You’ll Do
- Execute full project lifecycles, from requirement analysis to deployment
- Perform R&D to choose best-fit technologies
- Resolve production issues
- Collaborate with business teams and mentor junior developers
- Participate in code and design reviews
Skills We're Looking For
- Proficiency in C++ / Java / Python
- Experience with technologies like:
- React, Redux, RESTful APIs
- Perl, messaging middleware
- SQL Server and databases
- Spring, Hibernate, MyBatis/iBatis, JavaScript
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and reasoning abilities
- Interest in leadership or project management is a plus
