Job Description:
- Support AWS Cloud Infrastructure using IaC tools like Terraform.
- Manage Windows infrastructure, including Active Directory & PKI.
- Provide support to developers, administrators, engineers, and DBAs.
- Develop scripts, tools, and frameworks for platform operations.
- Resolve customer change requests and problem tickets.
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
- Support security policies and compliance tasks.
Required Skills:
- Experience in AWS Cloud Infrastructure (Terraform).
- Cloud security knowledge and best practices.
- Windows/Linux Administration.
- Scripting experience (PowerShell, BASH, Python).
Preferred Skills:
- Active Directory, Terraform/CloudFormation, AWS Lambda (Python).
- ElasticSearch, Microsoft SQL Server, and Network Troubleshooting.
