Job Description:
We are seeking a Software Development Engineer I to build scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems. This role requires strong coding skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate in a cross-functional, Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop highly available and resilient systems using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core
• Perform thorough unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with team members in Agile settings with 2–3 hours of US time overlap
• Support customer-facing platform issues and participate in on-call rotations
• Contribute to design/code reviews and quality processes
• Continuously improve systems through scripting, automation, or application packaging

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 1–3 years in software development and support/maintenance
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, MS SQL Server, SOAP, and Web Services
• Understanding of OOP concepts and Agile methodology
• Experience with cloud services (AWS preferred)
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Willingness to participate in on-call support
