Job Description:
As a Business Solutions Engineer, you will work across departments and business teams to identify, design, and implement solutions for process challenges. You’ll help develop automated processes, ensure timely project delivery, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams to identify and solve business challenges creatively.
• Develop automated processes to save time and improve quality.
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time and within scope.
• Analyze data to identify and pursue opportunities effectively.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Identify process improvements and manage their implementation.
• Learn and adopt new tools and systems frequently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Information Systems.
• 1-5 years of hands-on software design and development experience.
• Intermediate to expert proficiency with Excel.
• Experience with Python, Java, SQL, JavaScript.
• Knowledge of Power Query, Power BI, and/or Power Automate.
• Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a plus.
• Familiarity with relational databases is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Data collection, management, and analysis capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
