Job Description
As a Systems Engineer for Laserfiche, you'll be part of the CLS Technology Solutions Group at CSC, supporting 500+ global applications across 30+ jurisdictions. You’ll manage, optimize, and enhance CSC’s global Laserfiche infrastructure and participate in projects for upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high-availability Laserfiche systems across virtual desktop environments
- Troubleshoot complex Laserfiche technical and functional issues
- Design and maintain Laserfiche workflows, forms, and business processes
- Manage Laserfiche components: Import Agent, Quick Fields, DCC
- Develop and support system integrations with Laserfiche
- Ensure compliance with IT policies: security, release, and incident management
- Identify and implement system automation opportunities
Who Can Apply
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Laserfiche experience (including upgrades)
- 5+ years of overall experience in application maintenance, support, or business analysis
- Strong MS SQL skills (intermediate level required)
- Good understanding of enterprise IT environments
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
- Energetic, customer-focused, and a problem-solver
- Willingness to travel if required
- Fluent in spoken and written English
