About the Role
Join the Business Solutions Team at CSC and contribute to impactful software solutions that address real-world legal and corporate challenges. As an Associate Software Engineer, you'll work cross-functionally with internal teams to design, develop, and implement tech-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with teams and stakeholders to solve business challenges creatively
• Develop automated processes for improved efficiency and quality
• Deliver projects on-time and within scope
• Analyze data to identify and act on new opportunities
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Drive and implement process improvements
• Learn and adapt to new tools and systems frequently

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration
• 1–5 years of hands-on software development experience
• Proficiency with Excel (Intermediate to Expert level)
• Programming experience in Python, Java, SQL, JavaScript
• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate is a plus
• Exposure to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and relational databases is advantageous
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team setting
• Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies
• Strong data analysis and project management capabilities
