Job Description:
Cotiviti is hiring fresh graduates for the role of Associate Software Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity to work remotely and start your career in software development, working with an experienced engineering team on innovative healthcare and analytics products.

As an Associate Software Engineer, you will participate in the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level software applications, following best practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD) and agile methodologies. You will be mentored by senior team members and gradually take on more responsibilities as you grow.

• Assist in the design, coding, and testing of software components
• Analyze defects and participate in debugging and troubleshooting
• Perform build, package, and deployment in development environments
• Deliver software components and documents within deadlines
• Apply test-driven development for high-quality code
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Functional Programming
• Knowledge of Java technologies, software development life cycle (SDLC), and databases
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Quick learner with a strong attention to detail
