Job Overview:
Cotiviti is hiring Associate Operations Engineers (Trainees) to support enterprise customers in managing the deployment, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting of Edifecs/Cotiviti EM (Encounter Management) and ENR (Enrollment Management) platforms.
This is a great opportunity for freshers in Computer Science or IT to gain real-world experience in enterprise-level product support, cloud operations, and performance tuning.

Responsibilities:

• Manage EM/ENR application operations including upgrades, configurations, submissions, and monitoring
• Provide technical support for clients related to operations and backend issues
• Coordinate with developers and support teams to resolve bugs and technical incidents
• Analyze application/database performance, identify bottlenecks, and offer solutions
• Create custom tools, scripts, ad hoc reports, and utilities
• Proactively manage submission cycles; handle reactive troubleshooting
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution
• Create and maintain knowledge base documentation for common issues

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Basic understanding of:
  • Java
  • JMS (Java Message Service)
  • SQL Server / Oracle
  • Web/Application servers like Apache Tomcat or IBM WebSphere
• Good command over written and verbal communication
• Ability to work remotely and guide clients through server deployments and upgrades
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and provide on-call weekend support if needed
