Job Overview

Cornerstone is seeking a Junior Engineer to support our operations and ensure high performance of our network and systems. This is an office-based position at our Pune office.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network and system performance using advanced tools.
• Identify, analyze, and report incidents or performance issues.
• Assist in troubleshooting outages and coordinate with relevant teams for quick resolution.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and processes for effective knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with support and engineering teams to escalate critical issues.
• Follow processes, including ticketing and escalation procedures.
• Support regular maintenance activities and system updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of networking concepts.
• Familiarity with Linux/Windows servers.
• Knowledge of any scripting language.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if required).
• Any technical certification is an added advantage.
