About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented SDET Intern with up to 6 months of experience. This role focuses on both manual and automation testing, using tools based on the Selenium framework, with programming in C# and SQL. A passion for quality assurance, curiosity about AI, and basic exposure to cloud platforms like AWS are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual test cases and validate application functionality
• Identify, document, and track bugs
• Develop and maintain automated tests using Selenium-based frameworks
• Write automation scripts in C#
• Perform backend validation using SQL
• Integrate tests with CI/CD pipelines
• Test frontend apps (React) and RESTful APIs
• Apply basic AWS knowledge for cloud-based application testing
• Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies
• Explore AI trends and tools to improve QA workflows
• Contribute to code reviews and test design

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or a related field
• 0–6 months of hands-on experience in test automation using Selenium and C#
• Strong foundation in OOP and design principles (e.g., SOLID, KISS)
• Familiar with testing RESTful services and microservices
• Exposure to React applications and public cloud providers like AWS (preferred)
• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server/MySQL); NoSQL (e.g., DynamoDB) a plus
• Familiar with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum)
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
