Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking a talented Associate Cloud Operations Engineer to join our dynamic team at the Pune office. In this role, you’ll be maintaining and optimizing cloud infrastructure and ensuring security, reliability, and performance of mission-critical systems.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) for high availability and security
- Respond to incidents and troubleshoot cloud-related issues with senior engineers
- Write automation scripts in Python or Bash for operational efficiency
- Track system health using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK APM
- Ensure compliance with cloud security standards and best practices
- Support deployments using CI/CD tools such as Ansible
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance cloud architecture and document workflows
You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
- A Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or equivalent practical experience
- 1+ years of experience in cloud operations
- Basic understanding of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Familiarity with Linux and Windows environments
- Knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, VPNs, load balancers, firewalls)
- Exposure to monitoring tools like ELK, Prometheus, Grafana
- Strong troubleshooting skills and collaborative mindset
