This role is ideal for candidates with 0-3 years of experience who are skilled in MS Excel and have domain expertise in Customer Management and Complaint Management within the Life Sciences sector.

🎯 Role & Responsibilities:

✔ Manage and process customer data accurately using MS Excel
✔ Handle customer complaints & inquiries, ensuring timely resolution
✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer management processes
✔ Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
✔ Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
✔ Provide regular reports on customer service metrics to management
✔ Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures
✔ Train new team members on customer management and complaint handling
✔ Support the development of solutions that align with Life Sciences sector needs
✔ Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
