Cognizant is hiring 2025 graduates for the Analyst Trainee role across multiple service lines:

---

IT & Integrated Smart Operations Track

Responsibilities:

• Write and execute SQL queries, CRUD operations, and stored procedures.
• Create and execute manual and automated tests.
• Resolve service tickets following standard procedures.
• Demonstrate skills in ITSM and Data Analytics tools.
• Prepare root cause analysis and documentation.

Eligibility:

• 60% and above in X, XII, Diploma, UG (No rounding off).
• No standing arrears at the time of joining.
• Open to Indian nationals/OCIs currently residing in India.

Multicloud Track

Responsibilities:

• Administer computing environments and production servers.
• Manage incident tickets and escalate issues as required.
• Support environments like Windows, Cloud, Network, Database, Storage.
• Participate in continuous service improvements and team training.

Eligibility:

• Minimum 50% in X, XII, Diploma, UG (No rounding off).
• No standing arrears.
• Must be flexible to work in shifts and relocate across India.

Digital Workplace Services Track

Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 IT support to clients.
• Log and track support tickets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues.
• Document resolutions and enhance the internal knowledge base.

Eligibility:

• Minimum 50% in X, XII, Diploma, UG (No rounding off).
• No standing arrears.
• Excellent communication and willingness to work in shifts from office locations.

Mandatory Documents for Application

• Academic documents: Mark sheets, degree certificates, college ID (if available).
