Cognizant is hiring Systems Engineers with 0 to 4 years of experience. This role is office-based and involves providing Service Desk support, maintaining IT systems, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues
• Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and networks
• Respond to service desk tickets within SLA guidelines
• Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Document and update technical procedures and user guides
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights
• Provide training and support to users on new technologies

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IT policies, procedures, and security protocols

Certifications Required

• CompTIA A+
• ITIL Foundation
• Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
