GenC - Job Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements, document, and raise clarifications.
• Develop, test, debug, and deploy code based on specifications.
• Work with Agile development processes and follow SDLC.
• Develop test scenarios and understand data requirements.
• Design and develop low-level components.
• Take ownership of deliverables and meet deadlines.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to high-quality solutions.
• Continuously upskill in emerging technologies.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• 2024 batch: B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech (Excluding Leather, Food, Fashion Tech, etc.)
• Consistent academic record: Minimum 60% in X, XII, Diploma, UG & PG (No rounding off)
• No standing arrears at the time of joining.
• Flexibility: Willing to work from any Cognizant office and in different shifts/technologies.
• Open to: Indian nationals / OCIs / PIOs currently residing in India.

GenC Next - Technical Skills Required

• Strong programming skills with Java, C#, Python, SQL/PLSQL, Web Tech (HTML, CSS, JS)
• Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP
• Backend Frameworks: Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core Web API
• Data Structures, Algorithms, OOP, REST APIs, Maven

GenC Pro - Expertise Areas

• Cybersecurity, Oracle, Salesforce, Mulesoft, Pega, SAP ABAP, SAP Basis, ServiceNow
• Industry-accredited certifications are mandatory.
