Job Overview

Cognizant is hiring Analyst Trainees across multiple business units including:

• IT & Integrated Smart Operations
• Multicloud Services
• Digital Workplace Services

Selected candidates must be flexible to relocate to any Cognizant location and work in any shift.

Roles & Responsibilities

IT & Integrated Smart Operations

• Execute database queries, CRUD operations, and write stored procedures.
• Prepare test cases and conduct manual/automated testing.
• Resolve service tickets and apply root cause analysis.
• Use ITSM and Data Analytics tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Multicloud

• Administer computing environments and monitor production servers.
• Manage incidents across Windows, Network, Database, Storage, Messaging, and Cloud.
• Adhere to SOPs and compliance requirements.
• Engage in continuous service improvement and knowledge sharing.

Digital Workplace Services

• Provide first-line technical support to end-users.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and log service tickets.
• Collaborate with IT teams and maintain documentation.

Eligibility Criteria

General Requirements

• 2023 or 2024 graduates with a three-year full-time degree (BCA, B.Sc. in relevant fields).
• No standing arrears at the time of joining.
• Open to Indian nationals / OCIs residing in India.

IT & Integrated Smart Operations

• Minimum 60% in X, XII, Diploma, and UG (no rounding off).
• CGPA-to-percentage conversion as per university norms.

Multicloud & Digital Workplace Services

• Minimum 50% in X, XII, Diploma, and UG (no rounding off).

Work Expectations

• Work from office in any location and any shift as required.
• Willingness to relocate and work in a 24/7 environment.
• No prior experience considered – join as freshers only.
