🔹 Utilize Nexthink for user experience monitoring & enhancement.
🔹 Provide Service Desk support to resolve user issues efficiently.
🔹 Use Service Now for incident tracking & management.
🔹 Maintain & troubleshoot Windows systems for optimal performance.
🔹 Support networking tasks for secure & reliable connectivity.
🔹 Offer remote desktop support to assist end-users.
🔹 Collaborate with teams to improve service delivery & user experience.
🔹 Implement IT Security best practices to protect company assets & data.
🔹 Stay updated with the latest industry trends & technologies.

Qualifications & Skills

✅ Strong understanding of Change LifeCycle & Incident Management
✅ Experience with End User Tools - Nexthink & Service Desk
✅ Proficiency in Service Now, Windows Systems & Networking
✅ Ability to provide remote desktop support effectively
✅ Knowledge of IT Security is a plus

✔ ITIL Foundation Certification
