Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform daily system health checks and housekeeping
• Monitor application logs, batch jobs, and ticketing platforms
• Handle L1 incidents using monitoring tools and ITSM systems
• Triage and escalate issues as per SOP guidelines
• Log and manage P3/P4 tickets within SLA
• Interact with customers and raise appropriate support tickets
• Resolve predefined SOP-based issues within SLA targets
