Job Description
As an Analyst, you’ll be responsible for providing technical support to Cognizant clients, troubleshooting IT issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users for IT-related issues
- Log, track, and document all support tickets
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and resolve to reduce downtime
- Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Maintain documentation and knowledge bases
Role Expectations
- Strong client-focused attitude and cultural adaptability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work in shifts and from office
- Basic technical knowledge and troubleshooting ability
Support Provided (Post Joining as FTE)
- Night shift allowance
- Cab facility for pick-up and drop

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates from 2022, 2023, or 2024
- Three-year full-time degree only:
- BCA
- BSc (CS, IT, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, Electronics, or allied streams)
- Minimum 50% in X, XII, and UG
- Must be Indian nationals
- Not eligible: BE, B.Tech, B.Com, BA, B.Ed candidates
